UI and UX design is part of every product build: wireframes, a clickable prototype, then a design system the code is built from.
How do you handle time zones?
Overlap with European and US business hours is guaranteed in the contract, with a named point of contact and written updates at least weekly.
What happens after launch?
A monthly engineering block for what comes next, or a clean handover to your team with documentation and a support window.
