What we are looking for.
Apply
.NET Backend Engineer
ASP.NET Core services, SignalR, SQL Server and PostgreSQL, for market-data streaming, copy-trading and payment systems. You care about idempotency, reconciliation and what happens on restart.
Flutter Developer
Android and iOS apps on a .NET backend — authenticator, wallet and trading front ends. You have published apps to both stores and handled push, secure storage and offline states properly.
Technical Support Executive
First contact for clients and echoSignals subscribers. You can install and configure a MetaTrader terminal, read a log, reproduce a problem and write it up so an engineer can fix it.

Internships
Learn on systems that are live.
Three to six months in Ranchi, paid, with a named mentor and real work: you ship code, tests or research that goes into our own products, not a sandbox project. Final-year students and recent graduates; strong interns are offered a full-time role at the end.

Software Engineering Intern
C# services or MQL5 tooling under a senior developer. You know one language well, have written something beyond coursework, and can read other people's code.
Mobile Development Intern
Screens, state and API integration on our Flutter apps. A published app, or a GitHub repository we can run, counts for more than a certificate.
Market Analysis & Strategy Testing Intern
Backtests, forward tests and trade journals for our trading systems, with the market analyst. Finance, economics or statistics background; comfort with spreadsheets and MetaTrader's strategy tester.

How we hire
Three steps, two weeks.

Code
Email a repository, an EA, an app — anything you built and can talk about. No CV format required.
- 02
Take-home
A small, realistic task from our actual work, scoped to a few hours. We pay for it if we ask for more than that.
- 03
Pairing call
An hour with the engineer you would work with, on your take-home. Decision within a week after.
